# Openings: How It Works

#### INSTANT RIP

Instant Rip means *instant results*.\
We have authentic packs from the same set that have already been opened, scanned, and verified.\
You simply swap your pack for one of these, your pulls appear in seconds.

**How it works:**

1. You swap your unopened pack for a verified pre-opened one.
2. The cards from that pack are deposited instantly into your account.
3. You can trade, sell, or redeem immediately.

All the backend work, scanning, ID assignment, and storage, has already been done.

#### REGULAR RIP

Regular Rip is the full experience, your *specific* pack being opened live from the vault.

**Step 1** — You buy a pack and request it to be opened.\
**Step 2** — It’s added to our opening queue. Our team retrieves it from safe storage, where it was previously scanned and assigned a unique ID.\
**Step 3** — When it’s your pack’s turn, we record the entire opening. Each card is individually scanned and verified.\
**Step 4** — Every card is sleeved, labeled, and stored securely, ready for redemption or sale.

To avoid spoilers, the cards remain hidden until you open your Pack Summary.

#### SEALED PRODUCT OPENING

Sealed Product Opening lets you rip ETBs, booster boxes, and other sealed products right on the platform.

You choose exactly how many packs inside you want to rip and how many you want to keep sealed.

**How it works:**

**Step 1** — You buy a sealed product and request it to be opened.

**Step 2** — You select which packs inside you want to rip and which you want to keep sealed.

**Step 3** — Our team opens the sealed product in real life at our warehouse. The packs you chose to rip go through the regular opening process, recorded, scanned, and verified.

**Step 4** — All cards from your ripped packs are added to your inventory. Packs you chose to keep sealed are added as individual packs. Any promo cards included in the product are automatically added to your inventory as well.

The opening fee is a flat **$4.50** per sealed product, regardless of how many packs you choose to open. Whether you rip 1 pack or all of them, the fee stays the same.
