Card Identification Corrections

RIP.FUN uses a combination of automated systems and human review to identify cards opened on the platform. While this process is designed to be highly accurate, rare identification errors may occur.
RIP.FUN reserves the right to correct any identification error at any time, including by updating a userβs digital inventory and any related records to reflect the actual card received.
If an identification error is detected and reported by a user, RIP.FUN may, at its discretion and subject to availability, either:
In all cases, the userβs inventory will be updated to reflect the actual card that was pulled. RIP.FUN may require users to report suspected identification errors promptly and reserves the right to review all relevant data, including opening footage, scan results, and fulfillment records, before applying any correction or compensation.
RIP.FUN reserves the right to limit or deny remedies in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or bad-faith claims.
