Listing Guidelines

These Listing Guidelines (the "Listing Guidelines") apply to you if you list an Asset for sale on the Service. These Listing Guidelines supplement the ripdotfun Terms of Service ("ripdotfun Terms" and, together with the Listing Guidelines, the "Agreement"). By listing an Asset for sale on the Service, you represent that:

• You have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the Agreement.

• You are of legal age and capacity to form a binding contract with ripdotfun.

• You have the authority to enter into this Agreement personally (and, if you are using the Services on behalf of an entity, that you also have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement).

Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meaning given in the ripdotfun Terms. If these Listing Guidelines conflict with the ripdotfun Terms, the Listing Guidelines shall control solely with respect to such conflict.

ripdotfun has the right, but not the obligation, to remove any Asset listing at any time. ripdotfun exercises its sole judgment in allowing or disallowing certain assets, listings, smart contracts, and collections. Assets, listings, smart contracts, collections, and other Content that ripdotfun in its sole discretion deems inappropriate, disruptive, or illegal are prohibited on the Service. ripdotfun reserves the right to determine the appropriateness of listings on the Service and remove any Content, including any listing, at any time.

If you create or offer an Asset, listing, smart contract, or collection in violation of these policies, ripdotfun may take corrective actions including, but not limited to: removing the asset, listing, smart contract, or collection; deleting your Account; permanently withholding any payments due and owed to you; and destroying inappropriate or illegal metadata stored on ripdotfun servers.

Pre-Vetted Assets

All trading cards and sealed products available for listing on the Service have been previously received, authenticated, and verified by ripdotfun before being made available for sale. This means:

• Authenticity Verified: All cards and products have been inspected and authenticated by ripdotfun prior to listing.

• Condition Documented: Card conditions and grading information have been verified and documented by ripdotfun.

• Secure Custody: All physical assets are held in ripdotfun's secure custody until redemption.

• Standardized Information: Listing details including set name, card number, edition, and condition are provided by ripdotfun based on our verification process.

While ripdotfun takes reasonable measures to verify the authenticity and condition of all assets, no verification process is infallible. If you believe there is an error in the listing information for an asset you own, please contact [email protected].

Listing Requirements

When listing your assets for sale on the Service, you must:

• Set prices in accordance with marketplace rules and supported currencies.

• Not misrepresent the asset beyond the information provided by ripdotfun.

• Honor completed sales and not cancel transactions without valid reason.

• Respond to buyer inquiries in good faith.

• Comply with all applicable laws regarding the sale of collectibles.

Prohibited Content

The following Content is prohibited on the Service, whether included in user-generated content such as listing descriptions, comments, messages, usernames, or profile information:

• Intellectual Property Violations: Content that violates international or United States intellectual property laws.

• Misleading Information: False claims about assets, fake testimonials, or any content designed to deceive other users.

• Illegal Content: Content that is illegal in the United States or promotes illegal activities.

• Harmful Content: Content that promotes suicide or self-harm, incites hate or violence against others, degrades or doxes another individual, or depicts minors in sexually suggestive situations.

• Terrorist Content: Content created or used for the purpose of raising funds for known terrorist organizations (as listed on https://www.state.gov/foreign-terrorist-organizations/).

• NSFW Content: As determined in our sole and absolute discretion, NSFW Content and other content intended to be age-restricted, including profanity or overtly sexual content.

• Spam and Scams: Unsolicited promotional content, phishing attempts, or scam messages.

• Offensive Content: Content that is offensive or uses profanity or graphic language.

Prohibited Listing Practices

The following practices are prohibited:

• Wash Trading: Creating artificial transaction volume by buying and selling between accounts you control.

• Price Manipulation: Artificially inflating or deflating prices through coordinated trading or fake listings.

• Shill Bidding: Bidding on your own listings or coordinating with others to artificially raise prices.

• Misleading Listings: Using misleading titles, descriptions, or images to deceive buyers.

• Duplicate Listings: Creating multiple listings for the same Asset.

• Spam Listings: Creating excessive listings or listings designed to flood the marketplace.

• External Sales: Using the Service to facilitate transactions outside of the platform to avoid fees.

Consequences for Violations

Violations of these Listing Guidelines may result in one or more of the following actions, at ripdotfun's sole discretion:

• Removal of the violating listing(s).

• Hiding of Assets associated with the violation.

• Temporary suspension of listing privileges.

• Permanent ban from creating listings.

• Account suspension or termination.

• Withholding of any payments due and owed to you.

• Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Civil or legal action to recover damages.

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of the creation, listing, or buying of assets in violation of any of the terms specified in these Listing Guidelines, please contact us immediately at [email protected] to report it. Please include:

• The URL or identifier of the listing in question.

• A description of the violation.

• Any supporting evidence (screenshots, links, etc.).

• Your contact information for follow-up.

We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. However, we cannot guarantee any specific outcome or timeline for resolution.

Seller Responsibilities

As a seller on the Service, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring all listing activity complies with these Listing Guidelines.

• Setting fair and reasonable prices for your assets.

• Responding to buyer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Honoring completed sales and not cancelling without valid reason.

• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Maintaining accurate tax records and reporting as required by law.

• Reporting any suspected errors in asset information to ripdotfun.

Since all assets are pre-vetted and held in ripdotfun's custody, sellers are not responsible for authenticity verification or physical condition assessment. However, sellers must not make false claims about assets beyond the information provided by ripdotfun.
